Rick is a professional Director and company Chairman with appointments in both the private and public sectors. He has also held a number of senior Government appointments and has had considerable experience as a Chief Executive in the private sector. He is currently Chairman of ikeGPS Ltd, Service IQ and NeSI. He is also a Director of Southport Ltd, PowerHouse Ventures Ltd, and Solnet Solutions Ltd. Until recently he was Chairman of EBOS Group Ltd.

Melissa is a serial entrepreneur and professional company director. She founded NZ’s largest private ACC business, Fusion, which she sold to Southern Cross Healthcare. She has also been CEO of several high tech companies. She is a Director of ACCURO, Radio NZ, and Software Education. She is an Advisory Board member of Attitude TV, Chairs the LINZ Risk and Assurance Committee, and is a member of MPI’s PGP Investment Advisory Committee.

Craig Ellison

Craig has a strong background in the seafood sector, chairing Ngāi Tahu Seafood and the Seafood Standards Council, as well as being a member of a number of sector representative boards. Māori economic development is a strong theme of Craig’s career, centred around his role with Poutama Trust. And he enjoys his role as a trustee with the world’s best little zoo – at Wellington Zoo.

John is a former Secretary to the NZ Treasury and Executive Director of the World Bank Group, where he also served as Chair of its Budget Committee. Currently, he does contract work mainly for Government and among other things is currently engaged as Chief New Zealand Negotiator for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and Special Adviser to the Chair of the New Zealand Data Futures Partnership. His other area of focus is pro bono governance and other voluntary work for a number of charitable institutions.

Murray Jack

Murray is an independent director and advisor. He Chairs the Financial Markets Authority and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. He is also a member of the ANZ Leadership Forum policy group and a member of the board of the NZ Initiative, New Zealand’s leading think tank. Previously Murray was Chair (2011-14) and Chief Executive (2005-11) of Deloitte New Zealand. He has served on advisory boards and Ministerial committees, and co-led the Ministerial Inquiry into Novopay (2013).
